This air-conditioned city hotel is housed in part the famous Verdi Theatre and has been renewed to preserve its magical atmosphere. Built in 2009, the eco hotel offers 10 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services and a hotel safe. Further facilities include an auditorium, breakfast room, Internet access, room and laundry services, and a garage (fees apply).The elegant rooms have been completely renovated and each features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Other in-room amenities include satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, a safe, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.Check-in time is from 12 noon until 9:30 pm and check-out is before 1 pm. Guests have the option of late check-in with no extra charge, but they should contact the hotel in the morning to inform staff of their expected time of arrival. The staff conducting check-in have native English-language skills. Guests may leave luggage at the reception.
