Cancellation policy

o If the booking is cancelled with more than 14 days before the arrival, no penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled or modified between 13 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled or modified between 4 and 0 days before the arrival, no show or unexpected departure, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
