Location

The Iberostar Grand Hotel El Mirador is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tenerife, on the sea front of Playa del Duque and only four kilometres from the centre of Adeje. What’s more, it’s very well connected, so getting there by car from the airport will only take you about half an hour.

Hotel facilities

A heated freshwater pool surrounds the main building. The hotel also features 3 restaurants. The main buffet restaurant is available for dinner and breakfast and there is also an à la carte option, La Pérgola, which features a poolside terrace. The Cenador is a gourmet restaurant open only for dinner. Guests can also enjoy La Tosca Bar, which offers evenings of live piano music, and las Pardelas Snack-Bar. Free wifi.

General Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
