Arrival procedures for your guests:
Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, a hotel representative will meet the guests in the arrival hall after they have cleared immigration. The representative can be easily identified by a placard displaying “NIKA ISLAND RESORT AND SPA” and will assist guests with their seaplane transfers. In case guests are unable to immediately locate the hotel representative, they are kindly requested to proceed to the Manta Air Counters (Nos. 06, 07, 08, or 09), located on the left side of the new terminal after the arrival hall, where assistance will be provided.
